Switching Form

Use this form if you would like to switch your existing units into the other Trust. The minimum switching amount is $10,000. We suggest that you read the Information Memorandum part 1 and part 2 before you decide to switch between Trusts. We also recommend that you seek independent taxation and/or investment advice.

Redeem your investment

Use this form if you would like to redeem part or all of your investment within one of the Trusts. The minimum redemption amount is $10,000.

Change your details

Use this form if you would like to alter your distribution instructions, or advise us of a change of address, contact details of signatory.
